Crest has multiple ways of modus operandi. Different situations demand different solutions, and we understand this. Our business models are tailored to best suit the situation and needs of the client.
We follow only the best strategies and policies to offer the right business models to our diverse range of clients.
From our experience, we have learned that, sometimes, clients do not have a clear vision of the right business model in their minds. No problem, we will take care of it.
We recommend the right business model after we carefully inspect the strategy required to execute the project, the resources needed to allot to the project and the amount of time that will be spent on it.
Clients can choose any of the business models:
1) Fixed Price Model
- This option provides a low risk alternative for the client. Crest guarantees the delivery of the project in time-budget, and cost-budget limits as specified by the client.If the requirements are clear, then this is the ideal choice that can be taken up by the client.
- This means that Fixed-price Model is convenient for short-term and medium-term projects. It offers foreseen result in fixed cost and time.
- We offer this model in cases where we have done similar projects in past.
- Fixed-price model high quality solutions. It ensures few or minimal modifications during the execution of the project.
2) Time & Material Model
- When project requirements and implementation plans are not clear, Time & Material Model is the best way to go for. This model allows you to modify your requirements, adjust time schedules, and redefine scope during the execution of your project.
- Time & Material Model is convenient for medium-term and long-term projects.
- Later on, if the scope and project specifications are determined then the client can switch to Fixed-priced Model.
- We ensure complete transparency to report the exact number of hours that we dedicate to the project of the client.
- Our team will work with you closely to define your project’s complexity, time lines, budget, and any anticipated challenges. Our team will do this by studying your business, your market and project requirements.
- This model is tailored to your requirements.
- It offers you with your direct involvement in the project. The resources can be increased or decreased as per the demand raised by a task.
- This model follows standard SDLC timelines (10-15% for Analysis, 10-15% for Project Management, 10-15% for User Interface, 40% for Coding, 10%-15% for Testing)
3) Offshore Services Model
- Crest offers a unique business model where a foreign based client can build a technical team here with us like an extended arm.
- As the name suggests, this Model is exclusively designed to meet the requirements of offshore clients.
- Domestic clients can also utilize this Model to fulfill their offshore project requirements.
- We will build a team of experts that will managerially report to us, and functionally to the Client. This team will not be disturbed as long as the Client remains with Crest.
- The client will reap the advantages of both: the Time & Material Model and the Fixed-price Model by having an extended team of their own at low operational costs.
- The clients will be billed on weekly or bi-weekly basis for their respective teams.
